1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CourtWatch at courtwatch.io ("Platform"), operated by its proprietor ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service

- Case status tracking and hearing date monitoring
- WhatsApp and email notifications for case updates
- Court order and judgment downloads
- Cause list monitoring
- AI-powered case analysis reports
The Platform does not provide legal advice. All data is sourced from publicly available government court records and presented as-is. AI-generated analysis reports are for informational purposes only and must be independently verified by a qualified advocate before being relied upon. We do not predict, rank, or score any judicial outcomes, judges, or cases.
